The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").
When you enquire about our products, we will work with the contact details you provide us, mainly via an enquiry form, email or other communication channel. These are: your name, surname, email, or phone number, your requirements regarding our products, or any other information that you fill in the enquiry form or provide to us as part of a further arrangement.

We will contact you through them to further discuss the products and our services.

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract negotiation and performance, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - so-called legitimate interest.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, email, phone number, address/location and details of your purchase.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver the products you have ordered. We will also communicate with you via your contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or queries you may have.
We will also process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to deal with complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last time we provided such service or supplied goods.
If you sign up for our newsletter or are a purchasing customer and have not opted out, we may use your email address (and phone number) to send you our newsletter.
On what legal basis?
In the case of newsletter subscription, this is processing based on your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
In case you are our customer, we are allowed to do so by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so.
Consent is voluntary and revocable at any time.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years after consent is given or since the last order of products or services. You can unsubscribe at any time by email or contact us at dotazy@topgal.cz.
For inclusion in the Verified by Customers programme we use the tool of Heureka Group a.s., based at Karolinská 706/3, Praha 8 - Karlín, ID No. 078 22 774. To verify your satisfaction with your purchase, we pass on your email address to Heureka, unless you prohibit us from doing so as part of the purchase process.

This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - the so-called legitimate interest.
How long will we process personal data?
This is a one-off verification. You can object to it at any time. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at dotazy@topgal.cz or by phone at + 603 244 226.
If you respond to our open position and send us a CV for the selection process, we process the personal data from this CV and your contact details for the purposes of the selection process.
On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract negotiations and cooperation.
How long will we process personal data?
Until the end of the selection procedure. After the end of the tender, we will only continue to process personal data if we agree with you on further cooperation or if you give us your consent to do so.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
