The ordering process was quick and smooth. The delivery arrived within a few days, as estimated in advance. The bag is exactly as shown in the pictures (but perhaps even more beautiful). My little boy loves it. So I am completely, maximally satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

The backpack is absolutely beautiful. Of course, that is a subjective assessment, but what cannot be disputed is the high quality of workmanship, light weight, and capacity. The backpack is worth the price, which is not low, but I consider the purchase money well spent. After unpacking it, both daughter and mom fell in love with the backpack. 😉

We have been buying Topgal bags for many years. This particular bag "with the owl" is smaller than the bags we had before. It is less sturdy, as if it were more unstable.

Hello, today we received the school backpack. It is for our autistic son, who is starting first grade. Unfortunately, he cannot speak yet, but he was absolutely delighted. He immediately put it on and does not want to take it off at all. He really likes the designs on the backpack (African animals). We have hundreds of plastic animals at home, which is why it was so important to him to get this special backpack. Thank you very much for the wonderful surprise! Do you perhaps also have a pencil case with these designs? Kind regards, Vlahov
