Do you actually have the offered products in stock?

Yes, we do have all the products on our e-shop in stock. If a product sells out and we plan to restock it, we will add an approximate date when it will be available. If a sold-out product is out of stock, it will be listed as discontinued.

Where can we try the goods?

You can try the goods at our partners. Or you can order multiple pieces on our e-store, try them on in the comfort of your home, and simply return the pieces you don't want to us at our expense. You have 14 days to return the goods.

What are the payment options?

You can easily pay on our e-shop using a credit/debit card or PayPal. For payments via PayPal, a fee of 2% of the total order value applies.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We partner with DHL and their trusted local couriers to ensure smooth delivery across all EU countries.

Our shipping services via DHL and its local partners are available only to the mainland areas of each country. Deliveries to island destinations are not supported under our standard shipping options.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over EUR 200 you do not pay for shipping you don't pay, it is our responsibility. For orders under EUR 200, we charge 6.99 €.

When will you deliver the goods to me?

Once the payment is received, we ship the goods on business days by 12:00 PM. The delivery time depends on the selected destination and the moment the payment is credited to our account. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days. For more details about delivery, please refer to our terms and conditions.

How do I claim items purchased from www.topgal.store?

If you happen to find a fault and decide to claim the goods you have purchased, we offer lending a replacement backpack while the claimed backpack is being assessed/repaired. Instructions on how to proceed with a claim can be found on the CLAIMS page.

What does the Czech Quality label mean?

The assurance that you are not buying a rabbit in the bag. Our products meet the requirements for high quality, have passed an accredited testing facility and undergo continuous quality testing. Detailed information on how and where testing takes place is available on about the Czech Quality Mark

What about backpack manufacturing?

All development, annual designing of new designs and rigorous testing of final products is done in the Czech Republic. The key for us is the quality of the material, the workmanship of the product and the certainty of top quality. We found all this only with our long-term partner in China, which is why we have been working closely with them for more than twenty years. Obtaining certification Czech Quality and user reviews prove it, that our selection was not just a happy accident.

Can I wash my backpacks in an automatic washing machine?

We recommend cleaning backpacks with soapy water and a silon brush or cloth. Do not wash backpacks or pencil cases in a washing machine, any damage caused by machine washing would not be covered by the warranty.

Are the backpacks waterproof or do I need to buy a raincoat?

Yes, all of our backpacks are rainproofed. In addition, the inside of the material of the backpacks is rubberized with a "PU coating" to prevent water penetration. The problem arises with the zippers, which may not maintain 100% tightness in heavy rain.
If you want to be sure, you can buy a raincoat with the backpack. This can be found in the "Accessories for schoolchildren" category.

When is the new collection of school and student backpacks coming out?

The new collection is scheduled for release in March/April. We will always keep you informed on Topgal's Facebook page.
